Policy

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are made by telephone, by email or in person, and must be confirmed by credit card.   Mastercard, VISA, Interac, and American Express are accepted. At time of making a reservation a $200 per person deposit is required.  No deposit is required for children under age 4.  We do not have an online reservation system.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Your deposit is applied to the full reservation.  When requesting reservations, please pay careful attention to arrival and departure dates.  Cancellation, late arrival or early departure causes forfeiture of deposit unless cancellation or changes are made 21 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation of a booking with 21 days notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 administration fee.  Deposits are non-refundable if made or cancelled within 21 days of arrival.

Deposits/Cancellation During Covid-19: There is shared risk in accepting or booking a reservation in a pandemic. Cancellations affect us greatly as a small resort with only 19 cottages.  Now that we are in the ‘new normal’, the normal cancellation policy applies.  Please commit at least 21 days from arrival (ideally earlier) to whether you are comfortable or not to come.

CHECK-IN

Check-In time is any time AFTER 4:00 p.m.  Guests arriving earlier (for example, 2-4pm) are welcome to use the resort facilities.  We will get you into your cottage as soon as we can, but we can’t guarantee accommodation will be ready before 4:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT

SPRING, FALL & WINTER: Check-Out (of your cottage) is by 12:30 pm.  
SUMMER:  Weekly stays Check-Out is by 11:00 a.m.    3 & 4 night Mini-Vacation stays Check-Out is by 12:30pm.

CHILDREN’S RATES

Under age 4 free | 4-7 years 1/2 adult rate | 8-12 years 3/4 adult rate.
NOTE: Children’s rates may be combined to adult rate to meet minimum occupancy. Single rate (when available) is 1.5 x daily per person rate.

MEALS

Included in all rates is Breakfast Buffet and Afternoon Snack daily, served in our dining room. No allowance for missed meals.
